Does your mind feel noisier and harder to manage than it should?

Your mind doesn’t shut off when you want it to.
It keeps running, second-guessing, and pulling your attention in different directions.

And it takes a lot of energy and effort just to try to manage it.

What does this feel like?

It feels like mental friction.

Like your brain is working against you — you have to push through it just to stay on track.

  • You hesitate or avoid at moments where you know you should move forward

  • You overthink decisions that used to feel simple

  • You second-guess yourself more than you want to

  • You start strong—but struggle to stay consistent

  • You feel capable of more — but aren’t accessing it

  • You circle the same thoughts without resolution

Why is this happening?

This isn’t random — and it’s not a discipline problem.

Your brain has learned a pattern that’s now creating friction — or pulling you into responses you don’t want.

Let’s identify the pathways driving this pattern — and fix it at the source.

A pattern is an automatic way your brain has learned to think, react, and behave — through repetition.

Your brain will keep repeating it until you train it to use a different response that works better — one you intentionally design.

Most people wait too long to address it —
and it only gets harder and more ingrained over time.

You’ll leave the call with clarity on what’s driving this pattern, why it hasn’t changed — and exactly what we need to do to replace it.

No pressure. Just a conversation to see what’s actually going on.

Why does this keep happening?

Your brain runs patterns automatically.

Patterns are learned over time and stored in our neural pathways — how you’ve thought, responded, and behaved in certain situations.

Once a pattern is learned, your brain keeps running it.

Even when it’s not helping you.

That’s why this keeps showing up —

  • Even when you’re aware of it

  • Even when you try to change it

  • Even when you push yourself to do better

Most people try to manage this.

They push through it. Work around it. Compensate for it.

But the pathways that produce the pattern itself never get addressed —
so the noise, friction, or behavior keeps coming back.

Why this keeps happening (and how it gets fixed)

What this pattern is costing you

You’ve been dealing with this longer than you want to admit.

And it’s not just frustrating — it’s costing you.

It’s showing up in ways you may not even be tracking:

Lost productivity—even when you’re putting in the time
Time and mental energy you don’t get back
Opportunities you hesitate on — or don’t take at all
Inconsistent performance when you know you’re capable of more
Not showing up as the version of yourself you know you can be
• Feeling like you’re not keeping pace with where you should be
Falling back into the same coping patterns

And the longer it runs, the more your brain reinforces it.

Not because it’s working.

Because it’s familiar.

It’s a pattern your brain has learned to repeat—automatically.

And unless something changes, it keeps going.

Let’s make this real.

If this pattern is causing you to hesitate, delay decisions, avoid action, or overthink—

Over time, that shows up as:

  • missed or delayed opportunities

  • slower execution when it matters most

  • unnecessary mental load throughout the day

  • inconsistent performance, even when you know you’re capable of more

The issue isn’t intensity—it’s frequency. And frequency is what makes it expensive.

Even small inefficiencies, repeated daily, can cost far more than $750 over the course of a year.

You’ve been trying to fix this for a while.

  • Thinking about it

  • Talking about it

  • Trying to manage it

And for a while… it feels a little better.

Then it’s back.

Same reaction.
Same behavior.
Same result.

Because nothing actually replaced the pattern.

Who This Work Is Led By

I’m George Haymaker.

I was a high-performing entrepreneur for three decades — starting, building, leading several different businesses. Performing at a high level was very important to me - results were everything. I developed some unhelpful patterns and it required a lot of effort to navigate through and around them.

Eventually, it cost me in the form of burnout and addiction.

That experience turned my life around as it required me to look in the mirror and understand what was happening in my brain. Not by trying harder —
but by
changing how the patterns themselves were structured and reinforced.

That journey was so transformational and meaningful in my own life that I decided to make it a second career — helping other professionals understand how their brain works, how to optimize its performance and how to master their mental experience.

The work I do isn’t mindset work.
It’s
neuroscience applied to your mental life.

Most approaches focus on managing behavior or changing thoughts.

But patterns don’t come from thoughts alone —
they’re driven by how the brain has learned to predict, respond, and operate underneath them.

That’s why insight alone doesn’t create lasting change.
And why a
positive mindset, by itself, isn’t enough.

In this work, we don’t just talk about the pattern.

We change the conditions that are causing your brain to keep selecting it —
so it begins to predict and prefer a different one instead.

George Haymaker
Neuroscience-Based Brain Performance Expert

When the underlying prediction changes, all the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that are part of the pattern the prediction produces changes with it.

And when a pattern is replaced properly, it stops needing to be managed at all.

Mastering your mind isn’t a tactic.

It’s a meta skill.

What starts to change

When the pattern changes, your experience changes with it.

  • Less mental friction — things feel more free and natural, less grinding and load

  • Clearer thinking — less overthinking, more direct decisions, requiring less effort

  • More consistent performance — you show up the way you know you can without having to fight it

  • More control over your internal state — responding intentionally, instead of reacting automatically

  • More available mental energy — because you’re not spending it inefficiently

Your brain doesn’t change patterns through insight alone.

Your brain runs patterns automatically.

It predicts how you think, feel, and act based on past experience.

When a pattern has been repeated enough,
it becomes the brain’s default prediction.

You can understand the pattern…
and still run it.

Because understanding alone doesn’t update the pattern.

Most approaches help you:

• understand the pattern
• talk about the pattern
• try to manage the pattern

But they don’t consistently replace the pattern.

To change the pattern,
the brain has to experience something different — repeatedly — until it starts predicting it instead.

That’s how patterns change.

Insight creates awareness.
Experience creates change.

That’s what WE do.

Here’s how we replace the pattern.

A simple, structured process designed to change what your brain automatically runs.

1. Identify the Pattern

We isolate the exact pattern creating the problem —
how it shows up, what triggers it, and why your brain keeps running it.

2. Replace the Pattern

We design a better pattern that meets the same underlying need —
but works with your brain instead of against it.

3. Install the Pattern

Through guided experience and repetition,
we train your brain to run the new pattern automatically —
so it becomes your default.

This isn’t about managing the pattern.
It’s about replacing it.

So your brain stops going back to the old pattern —
because it now predicts something better instead.

Most people wait too long to address it —
and it only gets harder and more ingrained over time.

Fix the pattern — in only 3 sessions.

A focused, neuroscience-based process designed to replace the pattern — not manage it.

This is not ongoing therapy.
This is a targeted intervention designed to create change quickly.

Session 1 Identify

We isolate the exact pattern, triggers, and underlying need driving it.

Session 2 — Replace

We design a better pattern your brain can actually run — immediately.

Session 3 — Install

We train your brain to default to the new pattern through guided experience and repetition.

This works when you’re ready to change the pattern
not just understand it.

You bring:

  • Time

  • Attention

  • Willingness to do the work

We bring:

  • The structure

  • The neuroscience

  • The process that makes change stick

You’ve already spent enough time dealing with this.

Now it’s time to
resolve it.

You don’t need to stay stuck in this pattern.

You’re not dealing with a lack of discipline or effort.
You’re dealing with a pattern your brain learned to run.

Patterns can be changed.
